How we invest
We are highly selective in the markets we enter and the teams we back. Conviction comes from research, structure, and alignment.
01
Research-led sourcing
Intensive research identifies markets where fundamentals or structural shifts create platform opportunities. We then back operating partners with a proven record, deep local knowledge, a wide network, and shared values.
02
Platform investing
Platforms generate proprietary deal flow as each aims to lead its sector. At critical mass with dedicated management, they create exit optionality for the assets and the platform alike, with partner interests aligned through co-investment and incentives.
03
Structured credit & preferred equity
We target advantageously structured senior financing opportunities designed for compelling returns with strong downside protection.
04
Programmatic equity partnerships
Programmatic partnerships in preferred and common equity aggregate diversified, quality residential portfolios across ground-up development and thematic acquisitions, compounding appreciation alongside current income.
